How soon will I receive my products?

 Many variables are involved in this question, but in most cases about 5-10 business days from date of order.

When will my order be processed?

All orders are screened and pre-processed within one business day. Orders that can be filled with inventory in our warehouse will be processed and shipped within 2 business days. Any orders requiring additional stock from the manufacturer may be delayed in processing and shipping for up to 5 business days.

Can I check my order status?

Yes, click on "track your order" at the top of any page and enter your order number.

My credit card keeps getting declined but I know its valid...is something wrong?

Due to prevalent credit card fraud in today's marketplace, we cannot currently accept orders over $750 online. If you wish to place an order online but notice your order total is over $750, please use the contact form and let us know. Please include a valid telephone number and the best time of day you can be reached as well as a valid email address. We will respond promptly and take your payment over the phone with a few additional validating questions for security purposes.

Once my order has been shipped, how long until I receive it?

This is dependent on where you live. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS Ground Shipping and originate from our warehouse with zip code 45822.

How can I cancel my order?

PLEASE BE ADVISED: You may NOT cancel your order after you have received your shipping notification from MSP Cricut at the email address you provided during checkout. If you have already received your shipping notification, you must instead follow the return policy outlined below.

We also do NOT accept cancellations for pre-order items. See our Pre-Order page for more information and our policy on purchasing pre-order items.

Order Cancellation

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. Any items may be returned at your own shipping expense. Any returned items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. In order to get credit for your returned items, they must be in original, unopened packaging. Due to the nature of the product, we cannot accept any returns on items if they have been opened and appear to be used. If we receive any item that appears to have been opened, we will contact you and you will have the option to have the item shipped back to you at your expense. If item is in unopened condition, your payment will be refunded back to your original payment method (excluding your original shipping charges and the restocking fee).

Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number first. To obtain a Return Authorization Number, you must fill out the Return Request form. After we have received your request, you will be contacted via email within 2 business days. You will be assigned a Return Authorization Number and you will receive instructions to ship your item(s) back to MSP Cricut.

What if my product is defective?

Please contact the manufacturer (Provo Craft) directly if you would like to return any defective items. Contact information for Provo Craft is included with your product.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently you can only purchase online and enter your shipping address if you live within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia. If you have a US Military Address, live in any other US Territory or any other international location, please submit a request for a shipping quote and you will be able to make your purchase through PayPal or with a credit card over the phone. Please see the shipping page at left for more details.

We are an authorized Cricut Dealer in the United States. Provo Craft, the manufacturer of Cricut products, provides a 1 year warranty on both Cricut machines. However, the warranty is automatically voided if the machines are shipped outside of the United States. Please be aware that if you live outside of the United States and we ship a machine to you, your warranty on your Cricut Machine will not be valid.

Will my Cricut Machine work overseas?

Yes! However, you will need a voltage converter and an outlet adapter to protect the electrical components of the machine. The Cricut Machine was manufactured to work in US outlets at 120 Volts and 60 Hertz. Most other international locations use electricity at upwards of 220 Volts. The Cricut Machine power supply can handle up to 240 Volts maximum with an appropriate voltage converter. You may also require an outlet adapter. The US uses a "flat blade" plug which will not fit into most international outlets.

Most electronics stores and department stores carry a 2-in-1 voltage converter/outlet adapter for a relatively nominal price (usually less than $20 USD). Please be sure to buy a good quality converter/adapter and ask your salesperson for assistance if you're not sure which to purchase. If you do not use the appropriate conversion equipment, you will most likely ruin the electrical circuits in the Cricut Machine.

Can I get the same deals and prices at your physical retail location?

No. While MSP Cricut Machines and Cartridges is a division of My Scrapbook Paradise, LLC in Celina, Ohio, they are not the same company and do not offer the same deals and prices. Please be aware that any offer or special that is valid in the online store is NOT valid at the physical location. Accordingly, any special, sale, deal or discount presented at the physical location is NOT valid in the online store. We strive to offer the best customer service and prices both online and in-store.

If you find a better deal or special online, you are still welcome to pay online and choose the in-store pickup option, thus avoiding any shipping fees and allowing you to arrange pick-up of your items at our Celina, Ohio location. To guarantee the online price or special, all items must be paid for through the online store, as it is a seperate entity from My Scrapbook Paradise. Please note that when you pick up your pre-paid purchases, you may not use any in-store sales, discounts, gift cards or pink cards, nor will you accumulate any rewards for your purchase such as pink card marks or other promotional rewards.
