MSP Cricut's Policy on Pre-Order Items:

Pre-Orders receive special treatment concerning payment and cancellation. Any item that is noted as a "Pre-Order" item may be ordered and payment in full is required at the time of purchase. Generally, the expected shipping date will be noted with the product's description.

Orders for Pre-Order items may be cancelled before they are shipped, but you will be charged the same restocking fee that is charged for any other standard order. We guaranteee that we are one of the first online retailers to stock all Pre-Order items. Should you choose to cancel your Pre-Order before it has been shipped, you will be charged the restocking fee (see FAQ's link).

You will NOT be charged any additional shipping charges to ship the pre-order items separately if you purchase any other items in the same order that are currently available. We will ship all available items immediately. All Pre-Order items will be shipped after they arrive in our warehouse and there is no additional shipping cost.
